60% of their roster turned over, the Cleveland Browns look to reverse their abysmal fortunes in home openers and specifically turn the tables on their rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Browns draft Baker Mayfield with the first overall pick and acquire Tyrod Taylor From Buffalo to run the offense along with offensive coordinator Todd Haley poached from the Steelers.  They add Nick Chub and Carlos Hyde to running back stable and along with Josh Gordon have seemingly amazing talent in Antonio Callaway and bring in Jarvis Landry to anchor the receiving corps.  Desmond Harrison takes over for Hall of Famer Joe Thomas at LT and they add Austin Corbett to the OL.

The defense looks primed with the addition of Devon Coley, Genard Avery, Denzel Rice 4th overall pick CB Denzel Ward, DT Devaroe Williams and Anthony Zettel...

Battling to a stalemate in Week One, Cleveland and Pittsburgh meet again as Baker Mayfield seeks to continue dynamic play- making that has seen the Browns garnering two wins and a modicum of respect as they came within a whisker of victory in two more contests in New Orleans, Tampa (where last Sunday a 60 yard overtime Field Goal speared their hopes), and Oakland (where two bombastic calls jilted them out of a comeback win) where both the offense and defense shined.  Its a crossroads of reckoning for a franchise in their path toward redemption
